Happy Grieving

We don't fix grief. We feel it, together.

Honest words about living with loss, from someone who gets it and a community of 67,000 who do too.

a place for the ones carrying it

Happy Grieving started because Rachel's dad died in 2021, when she was in her twenties, and almost nothing anyone said helped. What helped was other people who got it. People who didn't flinch, didn't offer silver linings, didn't need the grief explained.

So this is a place for the ones carrying it. No stages. No timelines. No "at least".
