Happy Grieving

We don't fix grief. We feel it, together.

Happy Grieving started because Rachel's dad died in August 2021, when she was 27, and almost nothing anyone said helped. What helped was other people who got it. People who didn't flinch, didn't offer silver linings, didn't need the grief explained.

So this is a place for the ones carrying it. No stages. No timelines. No "at least".

Start where it hurts

The whole library has over a hundred pieces, sorted by the kind of week you're having.

What lives here

One honest letter a month

No tips. No fixes. Just words from someone who gets it, in your inbox when the scroll runs out.

Who is behind this

Rachel. She lost her dad five years ago, left her job, and accidentally built a community of 67,000 grievers by saying the quiet parts out loud. Her story.
